AllStar was awarded the job in painting the exterior a four story building I manage in Phoenix. This was a tough job, as the building was built in the early 80’s, had a lot of metal components, and we were tasked with bring the esthetics current. AllStar Painting did not disappoint! They did a phenomenal job and completed the work in a timely manner. In addition, I was completely impressed, as I found next to no necessary touch up areas that required them to go back and redo! CVA is a very challenging community and I was very nervous about the phase 1 paint project. Allstar attended the annual meeting and met with us on site several times to help guide us through the project. They were very responsive to special requests and any issues that arose. I received numerous compliments from homeowners about the crew and overall the project went better than I could have hoped. This community was built in the 60’s so this improvement was appreciated by everyone. The wrought iron metal fencing in front of the units and surrounding our two pool areas came out beautifully. We look forward to getting the rest painted with Allstar Pro.
